The Acadiana Alumnae Panhellenic is an association of alumnae sorority members from throughout the Acadiana region of South Louisiana. Chartered in Lafayette, Louisiana in 2003, it is an affiliate chapter of the National Panhellenic Conference. The organization has four objectives:

  1. to foster cooperation and camaraderie among all sorority women in Acadiana 
  2. to promote the ideals, activities and accomplishments of Acadiana's sorority alumnae
  3. to encourage college bound women from the Acadiana area to consider sorority membership, and
  4. to educate prospective sorority members and their parents about college sorority life and the membership Recruitment process.

The Acadiana Alumnae Panhellenic aims to serve young women from Lafayette and the surrounding parishes who wish to participate in Recruitment at ANY college or university.
 If you will be attending college at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, but are not from the greater Lafayette area (Acadiana), we encourage you to contact your local Alumnae Panhellenic to have References sent to the university on your behalf. Check the National Panhellenic Conference's Website to locate your local Panhellenic.
Providing information to Acadiana Alumnae Panhellenic does not guarantee an invitation to join a sorority.
